Do you give free estimates?
No,
but we do give free quotations, so you know exactly
how much it will cost.

Do you
send round a salesman?
No
way! Only a surveyor who will measure your roof,
explain the installation procedure of your new
Topseal roof and calculate the cost.
No
hard sell, ever.

How
long does it take to fit my new roof?
Normally, one or two days. Longer for larger roofs.

Do you
use sub-contractors?
Definitely not. All our staff are employed by us and
are fully trained by us.

Is it Messy?
I can
be, but we clean up afterwards and leave everything neat
and tidy.

Who are the BBA?
The
BBa or British Board of Agrement is a Government
designated body that tests and issues technical
approvals for products used within the construction
industry.

What about the guarantee?
The
Topseal and Kemper Systems are guaranteed for 25
years and 20 years respectively.

Does my new roof require
any maintenance?
None
at all. Once it is installed, you can forget about
it.

Does it smell?
Any
resin or styrene smell will dissipate once the roof
has hardened or cured.

Can I walk on my new roof?
Yes,
after about a week, you can safely walk on your new
roof.

Is it suitable for balconies
and roof terraces?
Yes it
is. ask your surveyor about our non-slip finish.

Can I choose any colour?
We
have a great range of the most popular roof colours
and can supply any British Standard colour you
desire.

We
will advise you on insulation options during the

Do I need to supply anything?
All we
need is access to a power point - and plenty of tea!

How do I arrange a survey?
Give
us a call and we will arrange a survey at a time
that suits us both. We will measure the roof,
discuss your needs, answer any questions you may
have and give you a fixed price quotation that
includes everything.
