The Challenge
The customer had an old felt roof
which was leaking badly and was in
desperate need of attention. The
original construction of the roof
included a large opening roof light
which, due to its age and design,
could not be disturbed. This meant
the existing roof could not be
stripped up and the new roof would
have to be laid over the existing
roof. |

The Solution
The best solution for this roof was
to install the
Kemper V210
Waterproofing System. The roof was
cleaned and prepared and a primer
was applied to the whole roof area.
Then all the detail work was carried
out around the edges of the roof,
the large roof light and its
supports & fixings. The whole roof
area was then covered with the
Kemper
V210 System. |

The Result
The customer has a new completely
waterproof membrane covering the
flat roof area. This was achieved
with the minimum of fuss and
disruption and as it is guaranteed
for 20 years it will give the
customer peace of mind for many
years to come. |

The Challenge
The challenge was to turn this old
and leaking swimming pool into one
that was attractive and could be
used again.

The Solution
The solution was to waterproof the
swimming pool using the
Topseal
System. Firstly, the pool was
cleaned & prepared and then a G4
Sealant was applied to sides and
bottom of the pool. The entire area
was then coated with a double
thickness of 450 gram chopped strand
mat laminated with
Topseal
base coat resins. This
effectively made a fibre glass
moulding of the pool. |

The Result
After the blue
Topseal
topcoat was
applied the result is a fantastic
looking, completely watertight and
maintenance free swimming pool. The
customers grandchildren were
particularly pleased. |
